Week 5 of the College Football betting season is here and the boys from Bet the Board break down all the big games with an assist from Josh Parcell, former ESPN and FS1 producer now turned owner of College Football Country (10:55)!
We start with Texas at Iowa State (25:08); will the trip to Ames on a weeknight continue to be a house of horrors? We transition to Friday Night under the lights with USC at Washington State (28:46); is the spot too much to overcome for the Trojans, or are they just far too talented for Wazzu? Then we talk Northwestern at Wisconsin (34:24); which team has the edge off a bye week? We trek to the SEC and dig into Georgia at Tennessee (38:15); Will Butch Jones’ Vols compete this week and help save his job? Another big game in the South with Mississippi State at Auburn (44:47); Three huge games in as many weeks, does the Bulldogs tank run out of gas? We close with the biggest game of the week when Clemson visits Virginia Tech (49:16); will the Hokies be able to move the ball enough and extend drives so their defense doesn’t wear down late?
As always, Dave Mason stops by (1:03:07) to talk about how last week went for his book BetOnline.AG, plus he lets us know where the money is coming in on the biggest CFB games of the week from the public and professional bettors.
